Absolutely! We are licensed and bonded to ensure peace of mind for you and your property.
Do we need to provide any supplies?
No, you don’t need to supply any cleaning supplies. We bring everything necessary for a thorough cleaning. However, if you prefer a specific brand or product we don’t usually carry, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.
What if I need to cancel or re-schedule our cleaning?
Absolutely! We understand that schedules change. To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning service.
What if something was missed in our cleaning?
We take pride in our cleaning services, but if something is missed, simply let us know within 48 hours and we’ll rectify the issue free of charge within 24-48 hours, guaranteed! Your satisfaction is our priority.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and Zelle payments for your convenience. Payment is due at the end of your cleaning session.
Do we accept tips?
Absolutely! Gratuities are always appreciated by our cleaning staff in recognition of a job well done.
Residential
Can my pets be home during the cleaning?
Yes, absolutely! However, if you will not be home, please ensure they are safely confined to a room or another secure area. We cannot be held liable if they escape from the premises. For the safety of our team members and your pets, we kindly request that you keep them under your supervision if you are present during the cleaning. We value the well-being of all pets and want to ensure their safety throughout the process.
Can my family and I be home during the cleaning?
Certainly, it is your home! However, please note that anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while we are present.
What if a family member is sick?
In the interest of everyone’s health, please notify us as soon as possible if you or someone in your household is unwell. We’ll happily reschedule your cleaning appointment at no charge. Likewise, if one of our cleaners is sick, we’ll reschedule your appointment and ensure a healthy team cleans your home. For safety reasons, cleaning cannot be performed in homes with occupants who are sick to prevent spreading illness between clients.
Why will my first clean cost more?
Your initial cleaning is a comprehensive deep clean, tackling built-up grime and ensuring a fresh start for your regular cleaning routine. This extra attention to detail takes more time and effort, so the price reflects the additional service.

Can our cleaning be performed outside of our normal business hours?
Yes, this can definitely be arranged. We are flexible with our scheduling and understand you would prefer to not have interruptions during business hours.
