    We will make every effort to provide you with an estimate within 24 hours, excluding Sundays. Should our estimate meet your approval, we will then schedule a mandatory complimentary walk-through of the property.

  • Walk-Through

    This is an opportunity for us to review our cleaning checklists and address any specific areas of concern you may have. Please note that any add-on's must be requested during this walk-through, as they cannot be added on the day of the cleaning. We will also take this time to discuss our policies, terms, and conditions in detail. Following the walk-through, you will receive a guaranteed quote on the same day, once we return to our office. We typically charge a flat fee to ensure there are no unexpected surprises regarding pricing. When you approve the quote, we can then schedule your cleaning service based on the package you have selected. We look forward to the opportunity to transform your home into a serene and tranquil space for your relaxation and enjoyment.

  • Day of Cleaning

    We will inform you when our cleaners are on their way via phone call or text message. This would be an opportune time to tidy up any clutter or personal belongings. Please ensure that your home is prepared for our arrival, as outlined in your walk-through. Your presence during the cleaning session is optional.

For the safety of our team members and your pets, we kindly request that you keep them under your supervision if you are present during the cleaning. We take pride in our cleaning services, but if something is missed, simply let us know within 48 hours and we’ll rectify the issue free of charge within 24-48 hours, guaranteed! Your satisfaction is our priority.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and Zelle payments for your convenience. Payment is due at the end of your cleaning session.

Absolutely! Gratuities are always appreciated by our cleaning staff in recognition of a job well done.

In the interest of everyone's health, please notify us as soon as possible if you or someone in your household is unwell. We'll happily reschedule your cleaning appointment at no charge. Likewise, if one of our cleaners is sick, we'll reschedule your appointment and ensure a healthy team cleans your home. For safety reasons, cleaning cannot be performed in homes with occupants who are sick to prevent spreading illness between clients.

Your initial cleaning is a comprehensive deep clean, tackling built-up grime and ensuring a fresh start for your regular cleaning routine. This extra attention to detail takes more time and effort, so the price reflects the additional service.

Welcome to Serenity Cleaning Company! My name is Sadie, and I am the proud owner of this wonderful business. My journey began in Montana, but I found my home in Reno in 2001. With over 20 years of cleaning experience, I’ve worked with various cleaning companies and spent time detailing at a couple local RV companies. Cleaning isn’t just a job for me; it’s my passion. This love for what I do inspired me to start Serenity Cleaning Company. I was raised to help others and give back to the community, values that are deeply embedded in our company culture. We strive to support local businesses because they are the backbone of our community and often our friends and family. At Serenity Cleaning Company, we believe in kindness and grace in everything we do. I am also dedicated to supporting our team members with a livable wage and fostering a professional, friendly, and peaceful working environment. In addition to my professional commitments, I volunteer at our local VFW Post 9211 and am a proud active member of their Auxiliary since 2017. My parents raised my siblings and I to always help and volunteer however we can. This is something that I raised my children to do also.
